Digital products

Guides are delivered as PDF files to your email address within 24 hours of payment (usually much faster). A purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license — please don't redistribute the files. When a guide you own is updated, the new edition is emailed to your purchase address, free, forever.

Refunds

• Digital guides: 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked — just email us.
• Consultations: sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance; missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.
• Trip design: deposits are refundable until the first itinerary draft is delivered.

Consultations

Video sessions are personal advice, not licensed travel agency services. You remain responsible for your own bookings, visa applications, and insurance decisions.

Accuracy

Entry rules, payment policies, and app availability in China change without notice. We verify our guides against current rules every week and update them when things change — but we cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Always confirm critical items (visas, customs, health requirements) with official sources before you travel.

Liability

No Worries China provides informational products and services. We are not liable for travel outcomes, costs, or losses arising from use of our content.
